Mindfulness for the New Year

We will start off the new year with a conversation inviting us 

to explore the spiritual practice of mindfulness meditation, 

which finds its roots in Buddhist practice. Mindfulness meditation 

can be fruitful for persons of any (or no) religious tradition.

The Sacrament of Holy Communion

Faith Formation, 11am, Trinity Hall

Nursery care and classes for children.  This week's focus

will be on Epiphany and the Visit of the Magi (MT 2:1-12).

Youth will be invited to remain in worship this Sunday to 

share in the Sacrament of Holy Communion.

After Worship Gathering, Noon, Trinity Hall

All are invited to gather for fellowship and refreshments.
