Prayer: Continuing the Conversation

Our conversation regarding prayer will spring from last
Sunday's sermon, "Relentless and Purposeful," which
was prompted by Jesus' "Parable of the Persistent
Widow' (Luke 18:1-8).  To hear the sermon in advance
of the conversation, visit WHC Sermons.  Sunday's 
conversation will also include a brief exercise in 
"contemplative prayer."

Children's Choir, 10am, Trinity Hall

Children through elementary age are invited to gather
for music and singing looking forward to their Christmas
presentation in December.

Text - Luke 18:9-14

Nursery Care and Faith Formation for children.

The children will explore (via role playing) the "Parable
of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector" (Lk 18:9-14),
including its lesson about humility in the Kingdom of
God.
