The Walnut Hill Bike Ride

The Walnut Hill Bike Ride is this Saturday, July 15.  An event tradition
is the "Blessing of Cyclists" as found below.  Keep all the event
participants in your prayers this Saturday.

Bless, O Lord, those who ride this day over country roads and city
streets.  May they receive and share the courtesy of those who travel
the road with them.  Grant to all who ride today safety of body, joy of
spirit, and camaraderie with their fellow cyclists.  We ask this in the
spirit of the One who rides with us wherever we go.  Amen.

The schedule for the day:
8am - Registration
8:30am - Open Road Rides Begin
9:00am - Fun Ride (for novice cyclists and families)
10:00am - 1:00pm - Complimentary Brunch

Helmets required for all cyclists.

This event is free and open to the public.  Donations to benefit
Kentucky Refugee Ministries are welcome.

Opportunities are still available to donate food and/or to volunteer.
